June 6th, 2015 was such a great day. Seth chose to be baptized and confirmed a member of the church by his dad. He was so excited! I think everyone there felt the spirit. I love attending all of the baptisms in the ward and of course this one was extra special because it was Seth! We were so proud of his decision and are so blessed to have such a great kid. We had awesome family support, a beautiful day, and tons of delicious food. His baptism was at 9 a.m., so we had a brunch for about 50 people afterwards. Seth's only request was sausage, but we also had donuts and cinnamon rolls which were a huge hit, tons of fruit, and some breakfast casseroles. Seth wrote down quite a bit of it in his journal (if anyone can decipher his handwriting), and I hope he remembers it forever. He was just about as excited to wear his new suit as he was for the actual baptism. We love you Seth!
P.S. Speaking of sausage...when we were at Bear Lake a few weeks ago we played that BananaGram game that is kind of like Scrabble. We all turned over our letters and within like 10 seconds Seth shouts out "sausage." We looked over to see he had used almost every letter to spell "sosige." What a crack up! The word "sausage" now gets everyone laughing.
